Advanced LT for KIA 2.0

Monitor specific KIA parameters in real-time, including engine and automatic transmission advanced sensor data by adding this plugin to Torque Pro.

Advanced LT is a plugin for Torque Pro that extends the PID/Sensor list with specific parameters from KIA vehicles. It allows you to test the plugin with limited sensors before purchasing. This version does not include calculated sensors like Injector Duty Cycle (%) or HIVEC mode.

Please note that although other KIA models/engines may be supported, the plugin has only been tested on the following models/engines:

• Carnival/Sedona 3.8 V6
• Carnival/Sedona 2.7 V6
• Carnival/Sedona 2.2 CRDI
• Cee'd 1.4/1.6 MPI
• ... (list shortened for brevity)
• Venga 1.4/1.6 CRDI

The plugin also includes an ECU Scanner, which is beneficial for identifying specific sensors on KIA engines not yet supported by the plugin. By recording at least 1000 samples and sending the logs to the developer, additional sensor support can be added.

Advanced LT requires the latest version of Torque Pro to be installed for proper functionality. It is not a standalone application and will not work without Torque Pro.

Plugin Installation

1. After downloading the plugin on Google Play, ensure that you can find the plugin listed in your Android device's installed applications list.
2. Launch Torque Pro and select the "Advanced LT" icon.
3. Choose the appropriate engine type and return to the Torque Pro main screen.
4. Access Torque Pro "Settings".
5. Verify that you can find the plugin listed in Torque Pro under "Settings" > "Plugins" > "Installed Plugins".
6. Scroll down to "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors".
7. In most cases, this screen will be empty unless you have previously added pre-defined or custom PIDs.
8. Select "Add predefined set" from the menu.
9. You may find predefined sets for other KIA engine types; make sure to select the correct one.
10. After selecting the entry in the previous step, additional entries should appear on the Extra PIDs/Sensors list.

Adding Displays

1. Once you have added the additional sensors, navigate to Real-time Information/Dashboard.
2. Press the menu key and click on "Add Display".
3. Select the appropriate display type (Dial, Bar, Graph, Digital Display, etc).
4. Select the suitable sensor from the list. Sensors provided by Advanced LT are denoted by "[KADV]" and appear after the time sensors at the top of the list.
